We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2021, at the age of 86, Andy Flanagan of Walters, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Flanagan and Maggie Flanagan; his siblings, Funston Pershing Flanagan, Gillis Charles Flanagan and Helen Francis Flanagan; and his son Joel Flanagan.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Eschler; his children, Cynthia Flanagan Kanai (Dennis Kanai) and Charles Craig Flanagan (Theresa Schierenbeck Flanagan); and his grandchildren, Devin Kanai, Andrew Flanagan (Lyssa Flanagan), Logan Kanai, Rachel Flanagan, Megan Kanai and Sarah Flanagan.
