He was predeceased by: his parents, Hulon Collins and Catherine Collins (McCravey); his son Lee Heimbach; and his sister Billie Catherine Miller. He is survived by: his wife Judy Marie Parsons; his daughter Amber Mashburn-Neel (Michael) of Chouteau, OK; his grandsons, Dominyc Hogans and Phoenyx Neel; his children, John Hulon Collins (Cindi) of Wagoner, OK, Veronica Lee Collins of Florida, Theressa Sexton (Eddie) of Hawaii and Russell Heimbach of Broken Arrow, OK; and his granddaughters, Amanda (Carolyn Pruitt) of Wagoner, OK and Keisha Roberts (Bobby) of Texas.
