He is survived by: his daughter Patti Ford; his son-in-law Steve Hash; his daughters, Rhonda Hash of Wagoner and Angela Rosenthal of Wagoner; and his grandchildren, Kevin (Pam Hamil) of Muskogee, Mike (Lori Gilmore) of Broken Arrow, James (Chasity Hash) of Wagoner, Natalie Hash (Chucky Jones) of Tulsa, Dakota (Stephanie Jones) of Tahlequah and Ciara Graham (Mike Bradt) of Richmond, VA. He is also survived by great great-grandchildren; extended family and friends.
