He is survived by: his wife Linda Faye Baker; his children, Dr. Michael Collins (Lori) of Tulsa Oklahoma, Debbie Hill (Tom) of Acworth Georgia and Bryan Collins (Tami) of Edgewater Florida; his grandchildren, John Collins, Megan (Ryan Peacock), Robert Collins of Bartlesville, OK, Jennifer (Derek Speck), Stephanie (Michael May), Melissa (Brian Bates), Abby Hill of Acworth, GA and Phillip Collins of Claremore, OK.; and his great grandchildren, Abner Peacock, Cohen Peacock, Xander Speck, Collins Speck and Jillian.

“So sad to hear of Ray’s passing. I could never forget his hospitality as I arrived at the Muskogee RA as a new agent out of the Academy in May 1991. I distinctly remember his kind greeting to a “Yankee” who was for the first time in his life west of the Mississippi. Ray invited me in as if I were a lost relative. Ray was one of a kind, an icon and a legend in the FBI, and he will proudly remembered, and terribly missed. My thoughts and prayers to Ray and his family. Matt Schneck”
