She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Johnson and Edith Johnson (Rosenthal); her husband Joe Southard; her sister Elaine Johnson; and her niece Debbie Presley.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Pete; her daughter Pam Fowler (Pete) of Pryor, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jennifer DeFeo (Ben) of Jefferson City and Daniel Fowler (Jenny) of Gladstone, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Joe DeFeo, Gwyn DeFeo, Elie DeFeo, Cecily Fowler and Piper Fowler; and her sister Dora Nichols of Wagoner, Oklahoma.
