He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank R. Haworth and Austie Haworth (Morris); his son David Haworth; and his brother Kenneth Martin. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Haworth; his sons, Thomas M. Haworth of Florida and Brian L. Haworth (Mischell) of Carthage, MO; and his grandchildren, Levi Haworth, Briar Haworth, Jessica Cooper and Joe Smith. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
