She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon G. Barr and Mary Ruth Barr (Greb); her husband John Elmer Foskuhl; and her brother Cecil Leroy Barr. She is survived by: her daughters, Monica Arntt (Lynn) of Mullinville, Lori Metzler (Andy) of Eureka and Tammy Coliday of Hutchinson; her sister-in-law Patricia Barr of Vinita; and her granddaughter Angelic Sanchez-Peetoom. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
