It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Truscott of Vinita, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anon H Smith and Juanita Roxanne Smith; her husband Richard Truscott; her son Jeffrey Dean; her brother Gary Smith; and her half-brother Gerald Lemoyne Smith (Edna) of Vinita, Oklahoma..

She is survived by: her children, Sue Martinez of Vinita, Janet Gray of Azle and Boyle of Yuma; and her brothers, Larry Smith (Alice) of Mulvane and Richard Smith (Sharon) of Fort Gibson. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family has suggested memorials be made by the individual to the charity of their choice.
