He was predeceased by: his father John Orwin Worley. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Kay Worley-Beisly (Kidd); his daughters, Renee, Sky and Megan; his sisters, Pamela Baranski (George) and Deborah Worley-Roberts (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Addison Alred, Kamlynn Dumas and Ryelynn Worley.
