She is survived by: her son Tyler Lee Bloodsworth; her husband Mark Davis; her parents, Tony Edward Bloodsworth and Sally Diane Bloodsworth; her children, Cassidi Bloodsworth, Austin Wayne Davis, Kayla Nicole Hicks and Samuel Benjamin Minks; her brother Anthony Lee Bloodsworth (Angel Creech); and her grandchildren, Jaxyn Hugh Whitley, Amethyst Raine Hicks Bunnell and Juanita Rose Hicks Bunnell.
