He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Fennell and Mary Jo Fennell (O'Bannon); and his siblings, Steve Fennell, Phyllis Miller and Barbara Cline.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Bean; his sons, Matt Fennell of Valliant, OK and AJ Fennell of Valliant, OK; his grandchildren, Kyle Fennell, McKenize Fennell, Becca Fennell and Ty Fennell; and his siblings, Robert Fennell of Paris, TX and Margaret May of Valliant, OK. He is also survived by two other grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
