She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Kelliher and Ruth Kelliher (Kinney); her husband James Duty; and her siblings, David Kelliher and Diane Morlen.

She is survived by: her children, James Duty of Alvarado, TX, Brian Duty of North Carolina and Mary Beth Donaldson of Arlington, TX; and her siblings, Doug Kelliher of Florida and Debbie Hazlin of California. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
