He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Tete and Bessie Lewis Williamson; and his siblings, Mack Williamson and Ludie Roberts. He is survived by: his children, Ike Williamson, Jr. (Beth) of Coalinga, Duane Ishcomer (Bonnie) of Kingsdown, KS, Rita Williamson Walker (Dalton) of Hanford and Sandra Williamson Tuck (Stanley) of Armona; his sisters, Annie Bledsoe, Faye Clarke and Jane Crosby; and his grandchildren, Dalton, Leah, Lauren, Wyatt, Terra, Jenny, Doug and Emily. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and loved by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
