He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Francis and Winnie Smith (Bryant); his daughter Theresa Lyn Smith; and his siblings, Robert Smith, Peggy Monkhouse and Debbie Watson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith of Valliant, OK; his sons, Glen W. Smith (Vanessa) of Valliant, OK, Paul Smith (Denise) of Idabel, OK and Lane Smith (Sherri) of Valliant, OK; and his brother Larry Wayne Smith of Negley, TX. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
