He is survived by: his wife Millie Fennell; his sons, Ronald Fennell and Rickey Fennell; his grandchildren, Julie Fox, Jill Fennell, Veronica Fennell, Sydney Coffin, Alicyn Duncan and Olivia Fennell; and his brother Dudley Fennell. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
