He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland S. Donaldson and Alice Donaldson (Gardner); his former wife JoAnn Donaldson; his son Joe Al Donaldson; his sister Vivian Alexander; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Endsley of Millerton, OK, Mary Sells of Valliant, OK and Lois Sells of Valliant, OK.
He is survived by: his son Tony (Chris Donaldson) of Valliant, OK; his grandchildren, Holly Stehle of Benton, AR, Matthew Donaldson of Moore, OK, Erin Donaldson of Fayetteville, NC and Nickolas Donaldson of Grapevine, AR; his siblings, Alvis L. Donaldson of Valliant, OK, Joyce Ainsworth of Mustang, OK, Edith Donaldson of Valliant, OK, Kathie Fennell of Valliant, OK, Carolyn Mussett of Valliant, OK and Debra Donaldson of Valliant, OK; and also Mary Beth Donaldson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
