Phillips (Rachel) of Fort Townson, Alesha Phillips of Tulsa and Stacy Ogorek of Pineville, LA.; her grandmother Mary Phillips of Millerton, OK; and her sister-in-law Emily Phillips of Tulsa. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and friends.
