She is survived by: her children, Thomas Billie III of Florida and Thomassene Billie of Tulsa; and her siblings, Kenneth Cooper of Okemah, Jackie Cooper of Okemah, Jimmy Wayne Hicks (Rosie) of Okemah and Geneva Coker of Tulsa. She is also survived by sa 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
