A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A reception will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Floral Haven Family Center (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
