He was predeceased by: his former wife Carol; his parents, Jack (L. N.) and Audrey; his brothers, A. Brantley and L. Foster; and his close friends, Bill Johnson, Jerry Pepin and Brad Pepin.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Lee Horn; his children, Rhett (Michelle), Shane (Susan), Scarlet Pepin (Brad) and Natasha Christensen (Kyle); and his stepchildren, Cathy Fleck (Mike) and David Horn (Tricia). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the South Tulsa Baptist Church (10310 S Sheridan Rd, Tulsa, OK 74133).
