She is survived by: her son Anthony C. Mingilton Sr. (Marsha); her grandchildren, Toni M. Payne (Jarvis) and Anthony C. Mingilton Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Jarvis Payne Jr., Kennedy M. Payne, Jalen A. Payne and Justin A. Payne.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore's Rosewood Chapel (2570 S Harvard Ave, Tulsa, OK 74114). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
