He is survived by: his parents, Herb Overbey and Letha Overbey (Dill) of Wagoner, Oklahoma; his son Brandon Overbey Hummer of Quantico, Virginia; his sister Melissa Overbey (Mike Roberts) of Wagoner, Oklahoma; his aunts, Vanessa "Kay Kay" Shockley of Wagoner and Nina Walker of Yanush, Oklahoma; his grandson Benjamin Edward Hummer of Quantico, Virginia; his niece Hailey Cudmore (Clay); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Creece and Conlee of Cherokee, Oklahoma; and his nephew Seth Stephens of Wagoner, Oklahoma. He is also survived by cousins; and a multitude of friends.
