He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil A. Rutherford and Eva Jean Rutherford (Seabolt) of Muskogee; and his grandparents, Willie Maye Seabolt (Long), Arvol and Ida Rutherford (Mann).
He is survived by: his cousin Patriot; his wife Sandie Rutherford; his children, Tres Rutherford and Jonnie Rea (Reo) of Muskogee; his sister Angela Stevens (Rick) of Muskogee; his parents-in-law, John and Ida Carrillo of Greeley; and his brothers, Adam (Cindy Carrillo), Myke (Dave Naranjo) and John (Alicia Carrillo). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew, cousins, and friends.
