He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Stamper; and his siblings, Phillip, David, Clydie Lee, Joy Cox and Sue Ybarra.
He is survived by: his children, Tammie Williams, Tim Stamper (Katie) and Brandon Stamper (Randi) of Poteau, OK.; and his grandchild Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
