He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillard Steven and Jessie Mae Mantooth (Russell); his former wife Betty M. Mantooth; and his siblings, Arthur Mantooth, Tom Mantooth, Dan Mantooth, Don Mantooth, Harold Mantooth, Aseline Gaylor and Barbara James.
He is survived by: his wife Ellan Mantooth; his children, Donna Kapple, Harrison Stanford Mantooth, Jr. (Sandy), Linda Solomon (David), Shirley Bault, Dennis Mantooth (Colleen), Karen Stinnett (James), Traci Kelley and Walter Kelley; his stepchildren, Wendy Boswell and Daniel Boswell (Kathy); and his brother Lee Mantooth (Beverly) of Eufaula. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.
