He was predeceased by: his parents, Ike Oliver and Bonnie Oliver (Moore); and his brothers, Junior Oliver (Shasta) of Stigler, Bill Oliver (Illaree) of Tulsa and Oakie Oliver (Maxine) of Quinton.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his grandson Quentin Perkins of Muskogee, OK.; his great-nephew Randal Cole of Seminole, OK.; his sisters, Norma Smith of Tulsa, OK. and Donna Murry (Bob) of Jenks, OK.; and his nieces and nephews, Terry Oliver (Donna), Tracy Oliver, Vickie Fulgham (Larry), Carla Storie (Paul), Jeanna Wayland (Roy), Teanna Jones (Bill), Melanie Oliver and Kim Zonder. He is also survived by great-nieces and nephews as well as many lifelong friends.
