He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Cummings and Mabel Cummings (Coleman); and his siblings, Cora Hale, Alice Ellington, Troy Cummings and Robert L. Cummings (Jack).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Cummings (Fitzer); his sons, Blake Cummings of Maud and David Cummings of Stigler; and his grandchildren, Abigail Cummings of Seminole, Billy Peixotto of Seminole and Paulette Vuong of Shawnee. He is also survived by six great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews.
