It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Oliver Baxter (Stigler, Oklahoma), who passed away on August 25, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Oliver (Johnson) and Dick Oliver; her husband James B. Baxter; and her brother Norman Oliver. She is survived by: her son Jay V.; her daughter-in-law April Baxter of Fresno, California; her granddaughters, Brittany of Dylan Jaymes and Emily; and her great grandchildren, Cohen and Ava.
