She is survived by: her husband Leonard Allen Davis of Tulsa, OK; her brother Keith Gile of Skiatook, OK; her children, Kristi, Orlando Ortiz of Collinsville, OK, Justin, Annamae Kay of Jenks, OK, Amy Kay and Shawn Elledge of Oklahoma City, OK; her stepchildren, Kelly, Jennifer Kay of Edmond, OK, Bryan Kay of Houston, TX, Darren, Karen Kay of Carmel, IN, Larry Allen, Ashlee Davis of El Dorado, AR, Kim and Marcus Samuels of Tulsa, OK; her grandchildren, Jaxon, Deja, Cameron, Carson, Allen, Mason, Charlotte, Ellyssa, Alexander, Shawn McKay, Jacob, Joshua, Lauren, Mady, Riley, Dustin, Alexis and Shyla; and her great grandchildren, Carter and Lynlee. She is also survived by her extended family and many loving friends.
