Duke, Jr.; his brother Terry Duke; his children, Missy, Tammy (Richard), Shannon (Chad), Jonathan (Bobbi), Jeremiah and Bo; his grandchildren, Willow, Rain, Ethan, Ricky, Vincent, Addecus, Aaryan, Athena and Carrie; his brother Robert Lewis; and his pet Samson. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family; also countless friends.
