He is survived by: his wife Nancy Harper; his family, Bradley Hollis (Shechinah), Kyle Hollis, Cassandra Gee and Nancy Hollis; and his grandchildren, Andrew Hollis, Hudson Hollis and Danika Gee. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
