He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vines and Hazel Vines (Hunt); his wife Billie Ruth Vines; his daughter Judith Vines; and his siblings, William Vines, Jack Vines, James Vines and Ellen Westmoreland.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Vines; his grandson Andrew Kinnamon (Peyton Gose) of Bethel Acres; and his nephew Bryan Vines. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
