It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Levon Carr in Seminole, Oklahoma, born in Alameda, California, who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Levon Carr and Pauline Carr (Orr); and his brother Charles Homer Carr. He is survived by: his brother Phillip; his sister-in-law Connie Carr of Leavenworth, KS; his nieces and nephews, Jenelle DeFries (Cullen) of Seminole, Danette Funkhouser (Brandon) of Hobart, Matthew Carr of Lawrence, KS and Daniel Carr of Lawrence, KS; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Makaylia Hill (Matt Crabtree) of Seminole, Mylam DeFries of Seminole, Kya Funkhouser of Hobart and Tinley Funkhouser of Hobart. He is also survived by other family members and many friends.
