She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Smelser and Margie Smelser (Jones); her husband Omer Kelough; her family Carolyn; her children, Ricky Smelser, Tommy Kelough and Lois Kelough; and her brothers, Leon Smelser and Leland Smelser.
She is survived by: her children, Earnest Kelough (Cindy), Barbara Arbuckle of Seminole, OK and Robert Kelough (Lucy) of Seminole, OK. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Stout-Phillips Chapel (409 S Wewoka Ave, Wewoka, OK 74884).
