Billy Gene Crow Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Gene Crow of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, born in Holdenville, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 31, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Billy Gene may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Billy Gene touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Newton "Bill" Crow and Pearl Cummins (Hall); his wife Jodie; and his brother Jerry Crow. He is survived by: his wife Margie Lillian Woodrum (Southern) of Ft. Gibson; his children, Peggy Watkins of Sand Springs, Wayne Crow of Tulsa and Brenda Giles (David) of Sand Springs; and his stepdaughters, JoAnn Bradley (Mike) of Texas and Sharon Kaye Herrington (William) of Wister. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other family members.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service (211 E Broadway St, Sand Springs, OK 74063). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Woodland Memorial Park (1200 N Cleveland Ave, Sand Springs, OK 74063).
