He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilson Lewis and Leona Horner (Carroll); his wife Wilma; his son Jerry "Dee" Horner; his brother Chief Horner; his children, Rocky Horner (Liz) of Peggs, OK and Jeannie Anderson (Seth) of Salina, OK; and his sister-in-law Jeanette Roger of Locust Grove, OK. He was also cherished by eight Grandchildren, 18 Greatgrandchildren, and one great great grandchild on the way, as well as many other friends.
