He is survived by: his parents, John Weldon and Lois Geneva Magness (Blum); his son Timothy Magness of Texas; and his siblings, Robert Magness (Wendy) of Danville, Larry Miles (Connie) of Las Vegas, Weldon Magness of Senora and Loralene Polk (Willy) of Vernalis.
