He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his children, Daniel Fulkerson, Lacey Fulkerson and Jesse Fulkerson; his stepdaughters, Gina Jason and Amanda Mofield; and his siblings, Carolyn Brannon, June Nunnink, Barbara Davis, Tom Fulkerson and Danny Fulkerson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
