He is survived by: his stepdaughter Bea; his children, Carl DeWayne Monk (Carol) of Wellston, OK, Lonnie Kevin Monk of Eucha, OK, Krissetta McCuistion (James) of Rose, OK, Joy Lynn Rutherford (Keith) of Jay, OK, Angela Monk of Sallisaw, OK, Tonya Laverne Bravescout (Edward Anderson) of Pawnee, OK, Sidney Joseph Moore III of Albuquerque, NM and Jamie Dawn Vann (Riley) of Locust Grove, OK; his sisters, Joyie Rogers (Johnny) of Pryor, OK and Linda Sheppard of Locust Grove, OK; and his children, Alta Irene Harris of Sallisaw, OK and Numerous. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren.
