He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Boutwell and Evabelle Boutwell; and his siblings, Dorthy Boutwell, Alvin Lee Boutwell, Kenneth Boutwell, Faye Boutwell and Mary Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Iona Mae Boutwell; his children, Paul (Derlly), Carol Senters (John) and LaDonna Carter (Clyde); and his brother Fred Boutwell. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
