He was predeceased by: his parents, Oal Ray and Aleene Baker (Miller) of Virginia. He is survived by: his sister Jeanne Oliver (Bob); his nephew Adam Gibson (Becky); and his niece Laura Stephens (Scotty). He is also survived by 3 children, and 2 grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
