He is survived by: his former wife Addie Jean Holman; his wife Addie Bunch; his children, Blake Bunch (Nikki), Eman Bernal (Torrey) and Lindsey Easter (Rylan); his grandchildren, Georgia Blake, Lucy Mae, Reagan Anne, Sandy Bunch and Vicki Wynn; his brothers, Chris Bunch (Sue) and Scott Bunch; and his niece Sky Evans (Levi). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
