She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Thompson and Bertha Thompson; her former husband James "Otto" Pierce; her siblings, Wanetta Thompson, Evelyn Thompson McCaslin, Delores Thompson Shobert, Inez Thompson Simmons and Doyle "Sonny" Thompson; and her granddaughter Hailey Beth Pierce.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Roberts; her children, Jim Pierce (Jackie), Joel Pierce (Sheila), Jeff Pierce (Jo Lynn), Kochetia Morman and Karen Cagley (David); her brothers, Dean Thompson (Pat) and Chris Thompson (Patti); her grandchildren, Travis Perry (Denise), Kristy Perry, Nicole Shinn (Michael), Marty Pierce (Marie), James Pierce, C. J. Pierce (Amy), Re'my Pierce, Jeffrey Pierce (Anjanette), Jason Pierce (Latisha), Jodi Dozier (Andrew) and Cori Davis (Seth); and her great grandchildren, Breanna Perry, James Lukas Perry-John, Titus Pierce, Jack Pierce, Shay Pierce, Tyler Pierce, Ethan Pierce, Shamane Glover (Clint), Michaela Powers (Kyle), Gabriel Pierce, Ezekiel Pierce, Madison Shinn, Luke Shinn, Emily Dozier and Olivia Dozier. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
