Madden; his children, Bonnie Vculek (Greg) of Waukomis, OK, Barbara Winans (Julius) of Boca Raton, FL, Leslie Bourquin (Deepa) of Mason and John Bourquin II (Tammy) of Purcell; his grandchildren, Jacob Wedel, Teddie Vculek, Aimee Vculek, Sandi Ashley, Elizabeth Bauer, Holly Burrus, Andy Bourquin and Talley Bourquin; and his great grandchildren, Lilly of Anakin, T. J., Colbie, Sammie, Landon, Logan, Stetson, Sawyer, Nikolaus, Sheyenne, Hailey, McKenzie, Jace and Sterling. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
