He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bartholomew and Edith Bartholomew (Coody); and his siblings, Betty, Katie and Tommy.
He is survived by: his wife Christeen Bartholomew; his children, Leisha Jackson (Jamie) of Lexington, Teena Bartholomew of Chandler, AZ and Darrel Demaree of Moore; his grandchildren, Jarod Ennis (Nikki) of Noble, Ryan Moore, Spencer Moore of Ventura, CA, Samantha Cocke of Chandler, AZ, Brooke Jackson of Lexington and Crissy Joyner of Lexington; his great grandchildren, Jonesy Ennis of Noble, Easton Jackson and Scarlett Jackson of Lexington; and his sister Judy Henderson (Richard) of Ojai, CA. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
