It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Goldsmith Sr. in Purcell, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 17, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orville Goldsmith and Opal Goldsmith (McGuire); his siblings, James Goldsmith and Edna Newton; his parents-in-law, Weldon and Mary Hewatt; his granddaughter Nicole Goldsmith; his wife Kay Goldsmith; his son Bobby Howe of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Madison, Cayle Newton and Tyler Newton; his daughter Julie Goldsmith of Guthrie; his grandchildren, Matthew and Kaitlyn; and his siblings-in-law, Verna Lynne Goldsmith of Booker, TX and Ronald Newton of Polson, MT. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
