She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dennis and Lee Roy; her children, Phyllis Matthews of Oklahoma City, Dennis Henry (Kelli) of Purcell and Lee Roy Henry (Chris) of Bridgeport, TX; her siblings, Vernie Madden (Jake) of Maysville, Norma Gene Madden of Maysville, Louise Carroll (Jim) of Wayne, Kathy Hendrix (Jerry) of Washington, Helen Ham (Harold) of Goldsby, Wayne Andrews (Linda) of Washington and Nathan Andrews (Stephanie) of Norman; her grandchildren, Kristen Flores (Misael) of Boyd, TX, Joshua Henry of Bridgeport, TX, Hope Gass (Haden) of Atoka, OK, Heath Matthews of Oklahoma City and Jaden Douglas of Oklahoma City; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Raelena, Amiyah, Rosalie, James, Braylyn, Blakeleigh, Brynleigh, Bryleigh and Nylla.
