He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Mouse; his parents, Bob Mouse and Jane Mouse; his daughter Tonnette Hummingbird; and his siblings, Louie Mouse, Bobby Mouse, J. B. Mouse, Lucinda White, Eva Chancellor, Geneva Hogshooter and Leona Sutton.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Mouse, Jr. of Tahlequah, Daryll Mouse (Virginia) of Grove, Nicholas Mouse of Missouri and Glenda Downing (Ralph Gourd) of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; his son-in-law Jamie Hummingbird of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Richard Littledave of Spavinaw, Oklahoma and Dora Bradford of Spavinaw, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
