He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walsh and Opal Walsh; his wife Ethel Walsh; his sons, Terry Lee and Larry Gene; his daughter-in-law Joy Gayle; his siblings, Everett Lee, Charles Henry and Helen Marie Lambert; his sister-in-law Evelyn Walsh; and his niece Julie Marie Patrick.
He is survived by: his grandson Chad Allen Walsh (Kellie); his great grandchildren, Gillette and Gunner; his brother J. D. Walsh (Joyce) of Chouteau, Oklahoma; his siblings-in-law, Mildred Walsh of Chouteau, Oklahoma and Roland Lambert of Chandler, Texas; and his close friend Joanne Hanna. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, many friends.
