She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Forrest and Julia Forrest (Hayre); her husband Harmon Maggard; and her siblings, Jeff Forrest, James Forrest, Donald Forrest, Cleo Highnote (Wilson) and Pauline Tomlinson.
She is survived by: her children, Don Maggard (Marie) of Peggs, Judy Ward (Jim) of Shawnee, Brenda Cornelius (David) of Bartow, Randy Maggard (Susie) of Pryor and Justin Chaffin (Jennifer) of Pryor, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Joan McBroom, Joey Ward, Jennifer Flores, Christine Harmon, Darryl Maggard, Donnal Maggard, Christopher Cornelius, Jessica Hocutt and Jami Daniels.
